THE YOGINI REAL ESTATE FUND
YOGINI ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT FUND V.C.I.C. PLC (the “ Yogini Fund”) is a public fund limited by shares, incorporated under the Cyprus Companies law, Cap.113, authorized by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission to operate as an open ended Alternative Investment Fund of variable capital in accordance with Part II of the Alternative Investment Funds Law 124(I) of 2018 or in any other law which replaces or amends it, with operations license number AIF90/2018.
THE INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE
The Sub-Fund’s primary Investment Objective is to provide long term total return by primarily investing in real estate related investments. These assets include but are not limited to securities issued by Cypriot companies or directly into Cypriot real estate. The Sub-Fund will have a preference to the Medical sector of the real estate market in Cyprus, but will consider attractive investments in all types of properties across sectors. The Sub-Fund follows the Investment Objective of the Fund, being to provide its Investors with total return over the medium and long-term.

Yogini Alternative Investment Fund V.C.I.C Plc is a professionally managed property fund, regulated under the pan European Alternative Investment Fund Manager Directive (AIFMD) which gives exposure to distinct opportunities via two sub-funds, the Cyprus and the International sub funds.
Yogini is structured as a Variable Capital Investment Company under Cyprus' Alternative Investment Fund Law.
