INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE
The primary aim of the Ganita Sub-Fund is to forge a balanced, cross-asset class portfolio comprising both listed and unlisted equities, corporate bonds, and loan notes globally. It will specifically focus on emerging companies dedicated to the supply or production of energy from waste, building electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, and data infrastructure, as well as energy efficiency retrofits for commercial and residential projects, aligning our investments with cutting-edge sustainable technologies and solutions.
The Sub-Fund targets emerging companies and technologies with a focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles to foster innovation and sustainable growth, integrating ESG criteria to mitigate risks and enhance performance, and aligning with the demand for responsible investment options.
The Sub-Fund focuses on identifying and investing in disruptive emerging companies and nurturing early-stage start-ups, emphasizing innovation and value from the seed phase onwards across various market sectors. It aims to align its portfolio with sustainable technologies and positions itself as a feeder for larger Long-Term Investment Funds (ELTIFs) or similar instruments, offering clear exit opportunities for investors and facilitating the growth of successful ventures to larger market scales.
